29.1.2018 PER COURT:- 1) There is controversy between the two Lawyers as to who is entitled to represent the claimants. It is for the two Lawyers to sort out the controversy.
2) In the meanwhile, the applicants need not be deprived of withdrawal of 50% of the compensation amount, which has been already deposited by the original appellants in this Court. Accordingly, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount, which is deposited in this Court by filing an undertaking that such withdrawal shall abide by final orders in the appeals.
( 3 ) 3) Registry to ensure that the compensation amount, which is now permitted to be withdrawn is either transferred directly in the Bank Accounts of the applicants or some cheques are issued in the name of the applicants and directly handed over to the applicants themselves subject to proper identification.
