Heard learned counsel for all the sides. This is an application for bringing on record the Legal Representatives of original claimant/ applicant No.5 and for condonation of delay in filing the Civil Application. Considering the reasons given in the application, the following order is passed :

(i) The delay is condoned. The Legal Representatives of the deceased applicant No.5 are permitted to be brought on record.

(ii) Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
