The petitioner - management and teachers are seeking early decision on the response given by the management on 24/02/2021 regarding its request for grant-in-aid, pursuant to the government decision dated 12/02/2021, whereby necessary information was to be furnished by duly complying with the objections. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 to take appropriate decision on the petitioners' communication dated 24/02/2021 (Exhibit-C) received by his office on 25/02/2021 on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within twelve weeks, if it is not already taken.
