Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The appeal has been preferred mainly on three grounds, firstly deduction towards personal and living expenses was incorrect. The cheque issued towards payment of premium of the insurance policy was dishonoured and there is incorrect determination of the compensation.

In view of the grounds raised in the application, the application is allowed. The order granting interim stay till 18.12.2023 stands confirmed till the conclusion of the appeal. 4.
