This application is for condonation of delay in bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant No.2.

Learned Counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 opposes the application.

Perusal of the application shows that there is no deliberate delay on the part of the legal heirs of deceased appellant No.2 to bring themselves on record. Having considered the reason mentioned in the application, application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses "B" and "C".

Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
