Learned counsel for petitioner states that his representation dated 13-08-2018 to consider him as full time Librarian pursuant to government resolution dated 26-08-1994 is pending with the respondents and further states that he would file a proper representation for application of old pension scheme to him, which is legitimately due to him having regard to the Full bench decision of the court dated 30-04-2019 in writ petition no. 8387 of 2013 and connected writ petitions in the case of Deshmukh Dilipkumar Bhagwan and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra through Chief Secretary, General Administration Department and others.

As such, it is open for petitioner to file a proper representation in respect of pension scheme and both the representations be decided by concerned authorities as early as possible preferably within a period of three months. 3.
