Mr. S.S. Choudhari, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the public interest litigation with liberty to avail of the alternate remedies, as may be available in law. 02.

The public interest litigation is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- [Rupees one lac] deposited by the petitioner, pursuant to the directions of this Court, shall be refunded to the petitioner.
