Heard learned counsel for the applicants. None present for the respondents though copies are served on their counsel. 2.

The applicants have preferred second appeal against the order of rejection seeking condonation of delay caused before the lower appellate court. As per the order passed by this court, the applicants have deposited Rs.9,000/- to show their bonafide. Finally the second appeal came to be allowed with a costs of Rs.5,000/- and the applicants have also deposited the said costs before the lower appellate court.

In view of above, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.9,000/- deposited before this court as directed. 4.
