He refers to order dated 18th November, 2016 in civil application no. 14141 of 2016 in civil application no. 1823 of 2016 in first appeal no. 160 of 2011 and further refers to that while the principal amount had been allowed to be withdrawn pursuant to

In view of aforesaid submissions, it would be appropriate that the request under present civil application be acceded to.

As such, civil application is granted in terms of prayer clause 'B' and is disposed of.
