Criminal Application No.4058 of 2019 is filed for relief of quashing of Crime No. 327/19 registered with Dharangaon Police Station, Tq. Dharangaon, District Jalgaon for offences punishable under Section 294, 509, 323, 506, 354(A), 427 of the I.P.C. In this matter reply affidavit of respondent no.2-informant is filed. She has contended that she has settled the disputed and she has no objection for granting the relief.

Criminal Application No.4059 of 2019 is filed for relief of quashing of Crime No. 342/19 registered in the same police station for offences punishable under Section 143, 352, 294, 509, 323, 506 of the I.P.C. In this matter also the respondent no.2-informant has filed the reply affidavit and she has given no objection for granting the relief. In view of the settlement between the parties and the contentions made in the reply filed by the informant, this Court holds that relief needs to be granted in both the matters. So the following order is passed:
ORDER
I) Application 4058 of 2019 is allowed. Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause-B.
II) Application 4059 of 2019 is allowed. Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause-B.
