It appears that there is no dispute about that amount deposited by the original appellant - acquiring body has been awarded to the applicants under land acquisition proceedings and is due to them under award passed in land acquisition reference and that the first appeal filed by the appellant - acquiring body challenging the award has been dismissed. 2.

In view of aforesaid, the applicants are allowed to withdraw balance of the amount deposited by the appellant in
