Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the beneft of Lad-Page Committee Report for Safai Kamgar. Petitioner is legal heir of Safai Kamgar working with respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 has already submitted a proposal to respondent No.1 for revival of the post. The said proposal is submitted in the year 2016, however, as yet no decision has been taken.

Learned Addl. Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. In case the proposal (page 20) is pending with respondent No.2 for revival of the post of Safai Kamgar as per Lad-Page Committee recommendation, then respondent No.2 shall

take decision on it on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within 9 months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
