A document (5 pages) dated 07.06.2023 is placed on record, which is marked as '

X-1' for identification. Clause 4.1 of the internal page 3 indicates that the arrears payable to the Petitioner are being calculated and would be paid. The Petitioner has drawn his own calculations at page Nos. 215 to 218 of the Petition paper book. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 3.

Respondent No.7 Education Officer (Secondary), Aurangabad shall calculate the arrears by referring to the actual figures of the payscale and details in connection there with, within a period of 30 days. Thereafter, the calculations and quantum of arrears will be referred by Respondent No.7 to Respondent No.4- Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad. After due scrutiny within 15 days, he would refer the

60wp470-24 same to Respondent No.2- Director of Education, Primary, Pune, who shall pass an appropriate order for payment of arrears to the extent of the undisputed amounts, within a period of 30 days of the receipt of the proposal.
