1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] The applicant nos.6 and 7 are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (rupees one and half lac only) each and the applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (rupees four lac only) for self and on behalf of the applicant nos.2,3,4 and 5. Such withdrawal shall be subject to the applicant nos.1, 6 and 7 filing undertakings in this Court that the same shall be subject to final orders in the appeal. The undertakings may be sworn in the District of Beed. 3] Civil application is disposed of.
