The Petitioner is the Revision Applicant before the Joint Registrar in a Revision Petition under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. Grievance is that though 50% of the amount has been deposited in the light of the challenge to Section 101 certificate, the Application filed by the Petitioner for interim relief has still not been decided over a period of six months. It is informed that the next date is 29.01.2024. 2.

In view of the above, we would expect the Respondent No.2 to record the oral submissions of the litigating parties on 29.01.2024 and deliver an order preferably within a period of 15 days on the pending interlocutary

( 2 ) 936 wp 81.24 applications. In so far as the Revision Petition is concerned the same shall be considered in due course.
