The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause (B) as under:- "(B) The respondent authority may kindly directed to decide the RTS Rev.No.3317/442/Pra.Kra. 391/J-6 pending before the respondent no.2."

It is informed that the proceedings mentioned above in the prayer clause, were closed for orders on 11.06.2018 by the then State Minister, Revenue and Forest Department. For the last

In view of the above, we do not intend to keep this Petition pending in this Court. This Petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) The Petitioner would appear before the present State Minister, Revenue and Forest Department, Respondent No.2, on 24.01.2024 at 11.00 a.m. along with a copy of this order.

(b) The learned AGP shall intimate the office of the State Minister and transmit a copy of this order.

(c) On 24.01.2024, the concerned authority shall issue notice of hearing to all the litigating parties, save and except the Petitioners who would appear on the said date, returnable date in the matter would be 15.02.2024.

(d) The said authority would decide the proceedings by passing a reasoned order, on or before 31.03.2024.
