At the outset the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions at present, does not prays relief in terms of prayer clause-D.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State.

The limited grievance raised in this petition is that, though the petitioner filed the application to respondent No.3 on 24.09.2014, requesting therein for providing approach road to the plot of the petitioner, however the said authority has not taken cognizance of the said representation/application.

We direct respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider the said application/representation and take the decision on it, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, however within three months from today on its own merits.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

We make it clear that, we have not expressed opinion on the merits of the contents of the application/representation filed with respondent No.3 by the petitioner.
