Learned advocate for the petitioners urges for interim relief stating that there is grave apprehension of removal of construction.

Learned advocate Mr. R. V. Naiknavare states that encroachment on road has already been removed. 3.
In the circumstances, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause "D", if encroachment is not already removed. 4.
Put up the writ petition for admission on 12th February, 2019.
