By this Writ Petition, Judgment and order dated 11.07.2017 passed by the District Court, Aurangabad is challenged. By the said Judgment and order, an Appeal filed by the petitioner challenging order rejecting grant of temporary injunction has been dismissed. It is informed by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that at present, evidence is being recorded before the trial Court in the original civil suit. In that view of the matter and due to passage of time, it would be appropriate that this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that the suit itself is disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
