Today, the learned Advocate appearing for the claimant tendered compromise pursis of the compromise which had taken place before the executing Court between the applicant and respondent No.4-Insurance Company. Under such circumstance, the applications stand disposed of as no longer survives. 2.

The statutory amount which has been deposited by the applicant be refunded to the applicant. So also, he is entitled to get the refund of Court fees as per rules.
