1] The petitioner has challenged the communication / letter dated 14.06.2023 issued by the Tahsildar, Beed.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle of the petitioners is detained by the revenue authorities for long period and seeks release of their vehicle.

3] Liberty is granted to the petitioners to apply for

15090.23WP release of the vehicle before the Sub Divisional Officer and the Sub Divisional Officer to decide the application, if filed, within two weeks from the date of application. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
