1] The petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 31.08.2023 issued by the Tahsildar, Majalgaon for carrying minor mineral and his vehicle has been detained. Thereafter, no final order is passed by the Tahsildar.

2] The petitioner prays for release of his vehicle. 3] The Tahsildar to decide the show cause notice dated 31.08.2023 expeditiously, so also, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application for release of the

15082.23WP vehicle before the Sub Divisional Officer and the Sub Divisional Officer to decide the application of the petitioner for release of the vehicle within two weeks from the date of application.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
