The Petitioner'

s representation addressed to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 dated 22.02.2023, is still pending. His request in the representation is that a necessary correction be carried out in the acquisition award in the light of the report submitted by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records.

Considering the above and since a simple direction is sought, this Petition is disposed off by directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to consider the representation and respond to the same within a period of 90 days from today.

Any decision or response, be communicated to the Petitioner immediately after a decision is taken. The Petitioner will place a copy of this order before Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
