This is an application for condonation of delay of 147 days caused in filing the criminal revision application. Perused the application. The learned counsel for applicant submits that earlier a criminal writ petition was filed. Therefore, the delay is caused for filing this criminal revision application. Considering this reason, Criminal Application No.4381 of 2023 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The delay caused for filing the criminal revision application is condoned.
