The wife has filed this Application under Sections 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for transfer of a proceeding filed by her against the husband and his relations under various provision of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in the Court of the learned Magistrate at Shevgaon, District Ahmednagar bearing M.A. No.2/2013 to the Court of the Magistrate at Aurangabad, where according to her she is currently residing with her parents. 3.

The learned advocate Mr. Chormal holding for Mr. Yogesh D. Kale who already appears on behalf of the respondent husband waives 1/2

The learned advocate for the respondents submits that all the respondents are now residing within the jurisdiction of Kannad taluka and therefore they have no objection even if the matter is transferred from Shevgaon to Aurangabad as prayed for.

In view of such state of affairs, the Application is allowed. M.A. No.2/2013 is transferred from Shevgaon to Aurangabad as prayed for. 6.
