The learned Advocate Mr.S.V.Kulkarni, for respondent No.2 / Insurance Company has moved this application for seeking time to deposit the cheque. According to him, this Court, vide order dated 11.09.2025 in FA No.865/2004 has directed to the respondents to deposit the amount alongwith interest, within a period of 8 weeks. He further submits that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the said amount could not be deposited by the Insurance Company. However, today he submits that he is ready with the cheque and sought permission to deposit it today itself. He has further submitted that 35 days delay is caused in not depositing the said amount, and prayed for khs/Dec.2025/13720

- 2 - condonation of delay and permission to deposit the amount as directed vide order dated 11.09.2025.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the respondent/Insurance Company is permitted to deposit the amount, as directed by this Court, within a period of one week. No further time would be granted to deposit the same. 3.
