The petitioner who already possesses tribe certificate of "Koli Mahadev" merely seeks it to be issued in the appropriate C-Form as per Rules of 2003 under Maharashtra Act XXIII of 2001. 3.

The writ petition is allowed. The petitioner shall appear before the Sub-Divisional Officer on 13.12.2023 and shall surrender the original tribe certificate possessed by her in the incorrect format, 1/2

13.WP.15089.23.odt whereupon, the respondent - competent authority shall issue her a fresh tribe certificate in C-Form of "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe within two days thereafter.
