Applicants seek withdrawal of amount of Rs. 23,01,523/- deposited by the respondent - acquiring body. It is brought to my notice that in similarly situated matters this Court permitted the claimants to receive 75% of the amount deposited on furnishing undertaking. I prefer to follow the same course. 2.

The civil application is allowed partly. The applicants are permitted to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the

2 26 ca 13797.25 Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank. The civil application is disposed of.
