By this Civil Application, the applicant/ petitioner is seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.

Admittedly there is delay of 549 days in filing the Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the application, the

application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C.) and (E), subject to the applicant/ petitioner depositing costs of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand) within a period of two weeks from today. After the amount of costs is deposited, the petitioner undertakes to remove the office objections within two weeks thereafter.
