The Petitioner is the Applicant before us. By this Civil Application, she has prayed for an order restraining the Respondents from terminating her services and further restraining order is sought from making new appointment in the aided and unaided schools run by Respondent No.6. 2.
In the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for an order of regularization and confirmation on the post of the
*2* 954ca560o24 teacher. She has also prayed for salary to be released and full back wages from the date of her appointment dated 25.06.2001. 3.
Appeal No.16/2017 was filed by this Petitioner before the School Tribunal. By order dated 05.10.2017, the appeal preferred by the Petitioner is dismissed as not being maintainable. The fact remains that she is not in employment since the learned Advocate for the Management submits that she was never issued with an order of appointment and therefore, there is no question of granting any reinstatement. 4.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the appointment order was issued, but she never received the same. However, she is working from 25.06.2001. 5.
In view of the above, we do not find that the Civil Application can be entertained for the prayers set out. The Civil Application is, therefore, rejected.
