The petitioners seek directions for decision of the change report proceedings pending with the respondent No. 2. 2.

Naturally, when the change report is filed, the respondent No. 2 is required to decide the same in accordance with the procedure and the law. The petitioners may move the respondent No. 2 for expeditious disposal of the change report proceedings and if so advised for interim orders that may be permissible in law, which application would be considered by the respondent No. 2 on its own merits, expeditiously.
