The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given application for the correction in the spelling of the Tribe Certificate and for issuance of a corrected Tribe Certificate in Central Government format. The said application is pending since 29.11.2019.

The petitioner shall file an online application also. The petitioner shall surrender the original Tribe Certificate with the incorrect spelling to Respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 on receipt of the original Tribe Certificate with incorrect spelling shall verify the genuineness of the said certificate and thereafter issue corrected Tribe Certificate to the petitioner in Central Government Format,

preferably within a period of one (1) month from the date of submission of the original Tribe Certificate. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
