For the reasons set out in the applications, both the applications are allowed. The applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- in each civil application with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") on or before 08/03/2019. LR's shall be brought on record in the respective khs/FEB.2019/394-d

After the compliance of these directions, the abatement order shall stand recalled and notice be issued to the added LR's in both the AO, returnable on 30/04/2019.
