Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently submitted that because of the stay granted by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur, the day to day business of trust has been hampered to the considerable extent for want of proper scheme.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the learned Joint Charity Commissioner may be directed to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible in a time bound manner and the stay granted by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur may be continued till disposal of the said appeal.

In view of the above, if the parties would be served, the learned Joint Charity Commissioner is directed to dispose of the appeal expeditiously in a time bound manner. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:

ORDER

(I) The writ petition is hereby partly allowed.

(II) The learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur is hereby directed to decide the appeal bearing Appeal No.129 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within the period of two months from the date of receipt of this order and stay granted by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner shall remain continued till disposal of the appeal.

(III) The writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
