The petitioner may approach the concerned office of the Charity Commissioner/Assistant Charity Commissioner by making a proper application invoking appropriate provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act.

If such an application/complaint is received by the office of the Charity Commissioner/Assistant Charity Commissioner, then the said application shall be considered on its own merits, after considering all the relevant aspects of the matter such as the locus, the factual matrix and also observance of principles of natural justice.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
