1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not in possession of the suit property. 2] The sale deed is already executed of the suit property in favour of the decree holder. The petitioner has submitted that he is not in possession of the suit property. As such, the petitioner can have no cause in the present writ petition. The Executing Court will take necessary legal steps to hand over the possession of the suit land to the decree holder from the person holding possession of the suit property in accordance with law. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is dismissed.
