Heard learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.

Applicants seek to withdraw amount of Rs.6,49,460/- deposited by the acquiring body. This is left out matter and in similarly situated matters arising out of self-same project, the claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited with accrued interest. In the present matter, the acquiring body deposited 75% with accrued interest.

Civil application is allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking.

The claimants shall be at liberty to withdraw the execution petition for partial satisfaction for being satisfied partially and in that case they would be at liberty to file execution for remaining amount in future, if so required. 5.

Acquiring body shall take steps in First Appeal No.510 of 2025.
