The only prayer put forth by the Petitioner is that the pending proposal before Respondent No.2/Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Region, Nashik with regard to the inclusion of his name in the Shalarth I.D., may be decided on it's own merits. 2.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the said
15460.23wp (2) proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 60 days from today.

While deciding the proposal, Respondent No.2 would be conscious of the various order passed by this Court, by which, for the present, there should be no insistence on the passing of the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET).

The Petitioner shall file an affidavit undertaking in this Court within a period of three weeks from today and the copies of the same to his Employer, as well as to Respondent No.3/ Education Officer, declaring that, if the Hon'ble Supreme Court concludes in the pending litigations that TET is compulsory, the Petitioner would give up all the service benefits.
