The applicants/respondent Nos. 5 to 7 in the writ petition pray for vacating the ex-parte ad interim relief granted on 23/12/2011. 2.

Considering the order that I am passing, this civil application is disposed off.

The petitioner shall remove all office objections and shall place on record typed copies of the handwritten manuscript appearing at several pages in the petition paper book, or on before 30/07/2019, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 31/07/2019.
