It is submitted that the Tribe Claims of the petitioners are pending for validation since the year 2016-2017. The petitioner in Writ Petition No.14928 of 2019 is a student and requires the validity for further course and for submission to the college. 2.

Considering the above, the validation proceedings are pending for more than 2/3 years, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of appearance of the

petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 18.12.2019.
