I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and have perused the judgments cited by the applicant.

It appears that the parties desire to explore a possibility of a settlement. The applicant wife is in employment at Pune and is undergoing training / orientation as she has recently been selected. Her deployment and continuance in employment depends on her punctuality and her performance

in the orientation / training programme. The husband works at Aurangabad.

The learned Advocate for the husband submits, on instructions, that if the proceedings at Pune are posted on the frst or the third Saturday in a month, the husband would attend the proceedings. It is requested that the dates of hearing may be considered as per the convenience of the parties and especially of the husband as he will have to travel from Aurangabad to Pune.

Considering the above and the comparative hardships keeping in view that the applicant is residing with her elder sister at Pune and no adult member of the family can accompany her since her parents do not reside at Pune, this application is allowed. HMP No. A-241/2019 shall stand transferred to the learned Family Court at Pune.

The litigating sides would appear before the Court at Pune on 04/01/2020. Formal notices need not be issued.

The learned Family Court shall initially refer the matter to a trained mediator in the Family Court to explore the possibility of a settlement. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) shp/-
