Time for deposit of costs, in terms of order dated 18.04.2013, is extended by a period of two weeks from today. This extension is subject to the applicant depositing additional cost of Rs.5000/- (Rs.Five Thousand), within a period of three weeks from today. This means that the applicant will have to deposit, before the Tribunal, costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand), within three weeks from today. In case, such costs are deposited within two weeks from today, only then, the applicant will have the benefit of this Court's order dated 18.04.2013. Otherwise, the order impugned in C.R.A. No.293/2011, is to be treated as confirmed without any further reference to this Court. Civil Application is disposed of.
