PER COURT :- Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is an ex-serviceman. He filed applications since 1992 for allotment of land. Learned counsel submits that, the petitioner is entitled for allotment of land, as per Government Resolution dated 8.7.1998. Panchanama is also drawn.

Learned AGP accepts notices for all the respondents. In case the application of the petitioner Exhibit 'G' collectively is pending with respondent No.2 for allotment of land, on the ground that he is ex-serviceman, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law and policy, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of.
