Learned advocate for applicant submits that cross FIR is lodged by applicant's side bearing C.R. No.990/2023, registered with Rahuri Police Station, Ahemdnagar, for offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that both the parties have amicably settled their dispute out of court and have filed Criminal Application No.212/2024 before the Division Bench for quashing of both the FIRs. In view of these peculiar facts, the application is allowed.
