Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In similarly situated case, this court has allowed to withdraw the amount to the applicants. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

i] The applications are partly allowed.

ii] Applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with this court with accrued interest on the undertaking to deposit the money, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.

iii] 50% of the amount be released on furnishing undertaking as mentioned above and remaining 25% be released on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
