We have perused the FIR and related papers. All the applicants have been attributed with serious assault. The FIR has been recorded while the respondent No. 2 was in hospital. According to the learned counsel, Section 327 of the Indian Penal Code has been invoked 20 days after registration of the crime. For that, he may avail remedy of discharge after filing of the charge-sheet. He may even approach this Court.
