The applicants pray that the names of Non applicant No.2 Smt.Yashodabai Zodge, 6A - Eknath Vitthalrao, 6C - Gopalrao Ramrao Mirikar and 6D - Sindha Kashinath Halbe may be deleted from the second appeal. It is further prayed that notice be issued to non applicant Nos. 6E, 6F and 6J which the applicants would publish in the news paper in Marathi Daily "Sakal", Ahmednagar Edition.

Learned Advocates for the respondents do not oppose. 3.

This application is, therefore, allowed. The applicants shall khs/JAN.2018/690

delete non applicant Nos.2, 6A, 6C and 6D within 2 (two) weeks from today.

Issue notice to the non applicant Nos.6E, 6F and 6J in the second appeal in Marathi Daily "Sakal", Ahmednagar Edition, returnable on 09/03/2018. The said publication will be at the costs of the applicants. The notice will be published at least 2 weeks prior to the returnable date in the matter and the copy of the newspaper shall be placed on record.
