1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] At the request of learned counsel for the applicants, leave is granted to correct the surname of applicant no.4 from Mane to Ghule.

3] Applicant nos.3 and 4 i.e. Baba Pratiba Ghule and Ranjana Baba Ghule are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- each. The applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.7,00,000/-, out of which, she is directed to place in a fixed deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in any Nationalized Bank in the name of her

CA 771/18 in FA(St) 7983/17 - 2 - minor daughter Utkarsha indicating herself as the guardian. This fixed deposit shall not be encashed for a period of atleast five years from the date of making fixed deposit and that too without the leave of this Court.

The applicant nos.1,3 and 4 shall file undertakings that such withdrawal will abide by the final orders in the appeal. Such undertakings be sworn before a Notary Public or any other authorized officer in the District of Ahmednagar.

3] Civil application is disposed of.
