Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondent No.1. Perused the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to allow the application as prayed. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), subject to condition that the applicants shall furnish an undertaking to the effect that in case any adverse situation arises in the appeal, if any, filed by the insurance company before the appellate forum, the applicants would refund the amount withdrawn, within the stipulated period, as per the directions of the appellate forum.

In view of above, application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly, Registry to do the needful for disbursement of the amount in favour of the applicants.
