PER COURT :

The applicants pray for recalling of the order of the learned Registrar dated 17.12.2018, by which, the Writ Petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. The Civil application is filed in time. 2.

I have heard the learned advocates and the learned AGP on behalf of the respective sides. This Civil Application is allowed with the following directions :

(a) All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on/or before 01.02.2019, failing which the order of the registrar dated 17.12.2018, shall stand restored without reference to the Court on 02.02.2019.

18CA754.19 (b) If the above direction is complied with, the order of the learned Registrar dated 17.12.2018, shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition shall be registered. Thereafter, the Writ Petition shall be listed for urgent admissions on 12.02.2019.
